Services Australia: Extending Access to Adaptor Technology

Services Australia has been working with the healthcare industry to move away from aging adaptor technology to more secure web services and PRODA. 

Services Australia acknowledges that unforeseen events presented considerable challenges for industry to transition by 13 March 2022. In response to this, a grace period to transition to web services and PRODA and access to adaptor technology will continue beyond 30 June 2022 (except for Aged Care). Due to the implementation of the new Aged Care Payment System, all aged care providers must transition to web services by 30 June 2022 or use the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) after 30 June 2022.
