Survey: Anesthetic Modalities for Endourologic Procedures

Researchers from the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) (New York State) Department of Urology, in conjunction with the FUTURE collaborative from the Endourological Society, are conducting a study on "The Current Utilization and Preferences of Various Anesthetic Modalities for Endourologic Procedures Among Urologists"

The goal of this study is to understand the various preferences and practice patterns of anesthesia utilised by urologists across the globe during surgery for Stones and Benign prostate surgery. By better understanding the trends, researchers hope to identify current trends, inspire further research and guidelines, and promote innovative ideas worldwide. USANZ Members are invited to participate.

The study consists of a survey which asks questions about your own practice and experience during various endourologic cases. Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval has been obtained.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and responses will remain anonymous. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete online.

If you are interested in participation, please review the study information sheet online. Once you have reviewed the information, you will be directed to complete the full survey.
