RACS VIC Preparation for Practice 2026
Early-career surgeons and trainees are invited to attend the RACS Victorian Preparation for Practice Workshop on Saturday 15 - Sunday 16 August 2026.
This comprehensive two-day program covers the key considerations involved in establishing a private practice.
The workshop will offer practical advice, tools and strategies across areas including financial management, marketing and practice establishment. A highlight of this year’s program will be Candid Conversations: What I Wish I Knew, an open and confidential discussion in which recently established surgeons share their experiences of navigating private practice.
Participating in this activity will qualify for 8 CPD points in Educational Activities.
